Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills. ICMA-CM Preferred Or Ability To Obtain. Ability To Work As Part Of A Team With Elected Officials, Department Heads And Staff, Providing Supervision And Direction. Grant Writing And Contract Administration Experience.
